MTP - EDU Series Motor Test DC Power Supply
Overview
MTP series High Power DC power supply is a family of DC Switching Power Supplies with wide output power ranging, high output accuracy, high efficiency and low output ripple performance.
MTP series of Power Supplies use full - bridge phase - shift soft - switching technology, which makes this series of DC Power Supplies have up to 88% working efficiency and 20ms transient response time.
This series of DC power supplies has a two-stage conversion circuit structure and dual closed-loop control circuit system to ensure power supply with high stability and good output accuracy.
All the MTP series power supplies have perfect protection functions, which can ensure long-term & reliable operation of the power supply.
The MTP - 1700 - EDU series is a special-designed for the new energy drive system, the power supplies have built-in energy discharging unit to respond to the reverse energy generated during the motor stall test & braking test to ensure the stable output and reliable working of power supply.
It can meet the testing needs of power electronics industry, electronic device industry, new energy motor industry and power battery industry.

Motor Test Application Introduction
The MTP - EDU series DC test power supply is specially developed for the test of drive motor system production line; it can be equipped with built-in energy discharging unit to meet the instantaneous energy consumption generated during the various motor tests.
It adopts full-bridge phase-shifting soft switching technology and double closed-loop control circuit to feature the power supply with high output accuracy, high efficiency and reliable working ability.
Presently, the MTP series are suitable for two main motor tests below:
1. Motor finished product test
The DC test power supply can simulate the output characteristics of the power battery to supply power to the motor drive system and assist in completing the factory test on various index of the finished product. Including motor drive system working voltage range, stalled test and maximum working speed test etc.
2. Motor type test
The DC test power supply can be embedded into the motor test bench system to form a motor test bench. Such as dynamometer test bench or dual-motor drag test bench.
