Overview
STP series Surface Treatment DC power supply is rectifying type DC Power Supplies based on high frequency switching technology of IGBT switching components.
It is a product specially developed by iDealTek for industrial applications, such as Nickle Plating, Hard Chrome Plating, Electrolysis, Water Treatment Chlorination System and Hard oxidation.
Compared with the traditional Thyristor rectifying power supply, this series of Power Supplies can reduce the clients' power consumption by 20%~30%.
In order to overcome the harsh environment of the applications and the long-term running conditions, the power supply is basically water-cooled, also the three-proof treatment adopted for the internal components which can achieve effective heat dissipation of the power supply and great protection degree of the internal components of the power supply.
This series power supplies can cover all the above-mentioned applications, featured for complete control functions, stable performance and high cost performance.

N+1 redundant system description
Advanced current mode control & N+1 power redundant design adopted for whole power system, this control mode gives good current-sharing effects, low deviation and high CC/CV precision.
This power supply adopts N+1 redundancy system which taking redundant into account, total real output power 125% of rated value which give the power supply system good over-loading ability, for example:
Total rated power is 22V8000A, the power cabinet has four units inside in four floors, rated power of every unit is 22V2000A, each power unit has 2000A rated output current.
Fault of any-one unit would not impact the whole power supply; the other power units would compensate power loss and keeps output capacity.
You could repair & replace the faulty unit without power absence, you could continue with the remaining power units.
It has completely improved the irreparable work defects of traditional rectifiers, such as high energy consumption, instability, long maintenance time and delay in production. Really realized: energy saving, stable, uninterrupted work!
