Overview:
Based on the high-frequency resonant circuit developed by the high-voltage pulse capacitor charging power supply, the IGBT is used to form a soft-switching circuit for the power supply and a closed-loop inverter to control the charging current. The resonant frequency drift caused by the large-scale change of the output load adopts the fine-tuning switching time to ensure zero switching of the converter switch, which significantly reduces the loss of the IGBT during turn-on and turn-off. Through the charging experiment of 100uF high voltage pulse capacitor, it is proved that the constant current charging power supply has good constant current effect, high charging repeat accuracy and high efficiency, and can work safely and reliably under short circuit condition.
